You have 30 days to request an exchange, from the date of purchase.
We only accept changes for unused products that are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all the labels and properly packed.
Change shipping costs
The cost of collecting the change of size of exchange items (not defective) is borne by the customer and the new shipment by Period ;)
We accept returns only in case of defect. The cost of shipping defective items corresponding to a shipping error by Period is initially borne by the customer. Once the condition of the articles has been verified, the specified instructions have been followed and the proof of payment has been presented, Period will reimburse the shipping costs.
We require at least 3 months of use of the panties to verify any malfunction.
