We know that changing something can be frustrating, so to make it more convenient and faster, we work with carriers.
But don't worry, we share the costs of collection and shipping with you. ;)
Did you not get the size right or do you prefer another color? Would another model suit you better?
You can easily change them.
We explain how:
You will receive a payment confirmation email with the link of the carrier form, fill it in and that's it!
What if the size I want is not available?
You can try another model!
And in this case, if the new model costs more than the one you want to return, you will also have to pay the difference in price, so we will send you an email with the cost. If it costs less, Period will refund the difference.
You have 30 days to request the change, from the date of purchase.
Change shipping costs
– Europe: 4-5 days.
Note that the deadlines are computed in working days from the day after the notification of payment, and that they can be altered by local or state holidays.
– Peninsula: €5.50 (free from €75 purchase).
– Portugal: €6.50 (free from €75 purchase).
– Balearic Islands: €10.50 (free from €75 purchase).
You can check the shipping price on the summary page of your order, indicating the full shipping address.

The cost of shipping defective items corresponding to a shipping error by Period is initially borne by the customer. Once the status of the items has been verified, the specified instructions have been followed, and proof of payment has been presented, Period will refund the shipping costs.
We require at least 3 months of wearing the panties to check for any malfunction.
